In Minneapolis we envision a group of kindred-hearted men and women driven by a passionate love for Jesus and his kingdom, joined together for the purpose of giving themselves to a kingdom rising through the reproduction of disciples, churches, church planters and church planting teams.

Along with the stated purpose of an InnerCHANGE apprenticeship, Minneapolis apprentices will be a part of a church planting team learning what is involved in starting simple, organic house churches.

Requirements:

• Has had previous experience in leading someone to Christ.
  Has had previous experience in discipling another person.
  Has had experience in leading a small group.
  Has desire to learn about and participate in the planting of house churches.
  The ability, at times, to initiate new avenues of ministry.

Preferences:

• Men in their mid 20\’s to early 30\’s with and interest in athletics.
  Couples in their mid 20\’s to mid 30\’s with previous discipleship experience.
  The above with interest in ministry to Native Americans or Muslims.
